Contact Us

We'd love to hear from you. Whether it's a bug report, a content correction, a partnership inquiry, a press question, an advertising request, or just feedback on a visualization, reach out through the channel that best fits your message and we'll route it to the right person on the editorial team.

General Inquiries

For questions, reader feedback, content suggestions, or anything that does not fit one of the categories below, write to [email protected]. Reader notes frequently turn into new explainers, so we genuinely read what comes in.

Typical response: within 3 business days.

Bug Reports & Content Corrections

Found an error in a calculation, a stale parameter, a broken diagram, or a claim that does not match the underlying contract code? Email [email protected] with the page URL, the specific section, and what needs fixing. Substantive corrections get a visible note on the page and a bumped last-updated date, in line with our editorial policy.

Typical response: within 7 days; urgent factual errors are prioritized.

Partnerships & Sponsorships

We work with DeFi protocols, wallets, exchanges, and education platforms on sponsored content, co-marketing, and integration writeups. Affiliate relationships never change the editorial conclusion of a page - see our disclosure policy in the editorial policy. To start a conversation, email [email protected].

Typical response: within 5 business days.

Press & Media

Journalists, podcasters, and researchers writing about DeFi mechanics, MEV, lending markets, liquid staking, or the broader on-chain economy can reach the editorial team at [email protected]. Please include your outlet, your deadline, and the angle you are working on so we can route the message to the right contributor.

Typical response: within 2 business days; same-day for tight deadlines when possible.

Advertising

Most ad inventory on the site is sold programmatically through Google AdSense. For direct-sold display, custom sponsorships, newsletter placements, or category exclusives, email [email protected]. We do not accept ads from unaudited protocols, anonymous teams without on-chain track records, or anything that promises guaranteed returns.

Typical response: within 5 business days.

Embed Our Tools

Want to embed our Impermanent Loss Calculator or another widget on your blog, course site, or research portal? We offer free embeddable versions for educational and editorial use. Email [email protected] with the destination URL and the tool you would like to embed and we'll send back the snippet.

Typical response: within 3 business days.

What we welcome - and what we can't help with

We welcome corrections, deep technical questions, partnership pitches that respect the editorial wall, press inquiries with a clear angle, advertising conversations from reputable teams, and embed requests from educators and writers. Reader questions about how a protocol behaves often become the seed for the next explainer, so even informal "could you explain X?" notes are useful to us.

We are not able to recover lost funds, reverse on-chain transactions, recommend specific tokens to buy or sell, audit your smart contracts, or provide one-on-one investment, tax, or legal advice. If your message is about an account problem with a specific protocol or wallet, you will get a faster and better answer from that protocol's own support channel. For background on how the editorial team operates, see our about page.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly will I get a reply?

Response times depend on the channel and on the volume of incoming mail. As a baseline, press inquiries typically get a reply within two business days, partnership and advertising messages within five business days, and general or embed inquiries within three business days. Content corrections are reviewed within seven days, with urgent factual errors prioritized ahead of the queue.

I found an incorrect number on a page - what's the best way to flag it?

Email [email protected] with the page URL, the section heading or paragraph, the specific value you believe is wrong, and the source you used to verify it (a protocol doc, an on-chain query, an audit, or a governance post is ideal). Substantive corrections carry a visible note on the page and bump the last-updated date, as described in our editorial policy.

Can I republish or translate one of your articles?

Short excerpts with a clear link back to the original page are fine without asking. For full republication, translation into another language, or inclusion in a paid course or curriculum, please email [email protected] with the destination, the audience, and the article you would like to use so we can confirm terms in writing.

Do you take guest posts or sponsored articles?

We do not accept unsolicited guest posts. We do occasionally publish sponsored explainers that are clearly labeled and that meet the same sourcing and fact-check standards as the rest of the site. To pitch a sponsored piece, email [email protected] with the protocol, the topic, and the angle. Affiliate relationships never change the editorial conclusion of a page.
