How It Works
Health Factor = (Collateral Value × Liquidation Threshold) / Borrow Amount
When health factor drops below 1.0, your position becomes liquidatable. Liquidators can repay up to 50% of your debt and seize collateral at a 5-10% bonus. The higher your health factor, the safer your position.
